Shipping policy
1. Shipping Coverage
MysticWheelYear ships exclusively within the United States (all 50 states and Washington, D.C.).
We do not ship to international destinations, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Any orders placed with a non-U.S. address will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded.
2. Free Shipping
We are proud to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders—no minimum purchase required.
Free shipping applies automatically to every order shipped within the U.S., with no promo code or special action needed.
There are no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.
3. Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed and paid by 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (Denver, GMT-07:00), Monday to Friday, begin processing the same business day.
Orders received after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.
4. Handling Time (Processing & Personalization)
All items are made-to-order and personalized to your request.
Handling/production time:
Min: 1 business day
Max: 3 business days
Fulfillment Days: Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. public holidays)
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order enters production.
5. Shipping & Transit Time
Carrier Partners: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on fastest and most reliable delivery to your location).
Shipping Days: Monday to Friday.
Transit Time:
Min: 2 business days
Max: 5 business days
Order Tracking:
Every shipment includes tracking. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
6. Total Delivery Time
Estimated Delivery Window:
Most orders arrive within 3 to 8 business days from the date your order is placed.
Your total delivery time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
Example:
Order placed Monday 1:00 PM → processed same day → ships between Tuesday and Thursday → delivered between Thursday and following Tuesday.
7. Address Accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
Orders shipped to incomplete or incorrect addresses (as entered by the customer) are not eligible for free replacement.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us within 12 hours to update your address.
8. Delays, Lost or Damaged Packages
Delays:
Most orders arrive on time, but rare delays (weather, carrier issues, peak holidays) may occur. We will notify you if your shipment is affected.
Lost/Damaged:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
